We do not divide our time with other services such as bridal, event planning or photography. We do one thing, but we do it right!

Yes, additional styles and colors are available for your personal viewing via the designer’s catalog.

We want you to have no regrets about your purchase, so you can exchange your gown for another in store gown of equal or greater value within 3 days of your purchase.

Dress tags must not be removed or altered, and the gown must be in same condition as when purchased. 

However, due to the nature of your special event, we do not allow refunds once purchased. We will make sure you are certain of your purchase before leaving our store.

Sorry, checks nor American Express is accepted.

Since we are not an online retailer, you will not see prices on our website. We are an informal showroom with tangible gowns, who also happens to have online presence. 

 

Yes, only on gowns available from our showroom.

 

Payment for alterations is due at the time of your first fitting; when your gown has been pinned.

We need to see you in your gown, along with the actual under garments (bra and slip, if any) and the shoes you will be wearing, so we can be precise with your alterations and price.

The first fitting usually takes approximately half hour to one hour.

All gowns are subject to stock availability and some sizes and colors may not always be available, so if the gown in the store is the one you love, we encourage you to take it with you. This way you know exactly how the gown will look.

No, alterations are a separate cost and not included with your gown.

Not all customers require alterations, so why include a fee that may not be necessary.

No, we cannot at as we are not set up for shipping at this time.

Our dresses are modestly priced. Our price range begins at $900.00 and upward. 

In store, we carry dresses in size 00 to size 22, but additional sizes up to size 30 can be ordered.

No, appointments are not required; however, on weekends, one hour prior to close, we only permit browsing to prevent having to abruptly stop due to store closure for the day.

Yes, we do! It doesn’t matter where you purchased your gown. We are professionals.

Yes, we provide two complimentary steams. One for your photo shoot, and a secondary one for your event. 

Gown must drop off ONE WEEK prior to either event.
